"This young author is a courageous young lady who not only took the initiative to declare her desire to become an author, she put in the WORK required to do so! Middle school is a rough time for many of us because we are learning so many new things about ourselves. This young one's wisdom is not enshrined for her peers and future middle schoolers. As a 25+ year therapist with children and families, I can't recommend this book more highly to any family with middle schoolers in it (or future middle schoolers!)

“I loved this book! It would be great to place in students ' hands from Grade 4 to Grade 8! Izzy is very relatable to all ages; using enticing language. I loved the journaling prompts, space to write your answers, links to helpful websites, videos, etc!! I highly recommend this book for your child or classroom!"
